All services are done at the best will of the photographer and are only available upon request. There is – without a firm agreement of the service at the place and time – no obligation to perform a service. Each service is agreed individually and is carried out together with customer-specific advice.
Prices depend on previous knowledge, preferences, agreed times, places and other requirements for the nature excursion or for the customized shooting.
Recursions and photo shoots are to be paid in advance. If the appointment is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g. weather, political demonstrations), the price will be refunded in full.
The copyright belongs to the respective photographer. With the payment of the photo shoot, the photographer transfers all rights of use to the buyer.
