Mosel River Loop @ Bremm / Calmont

I photographed this rate in the middle of downtown Berlin. It is said that more rats than people live in Berlin. We rarely see rats in Berlin. Or maybe just because we don’t want to see them.

I photographed this beautiful transition from the golden to the blue hour in May 2018. I stood on the Elsenbrücke and looked towards the city center to the Oberbaumbrücke.

Berlin rainy street mirroring lights and colors

I took this photo on February 2nd, 2020. A date when climate change in Germany seemed even more threatening than the Corona virus, because winter was once again very mild.

As you probably suspected, the main photo above is shown upside down. It rained heavily at the largest intersection of Kurfürstendamm in Berlin Charlottenburg and a large puddle formed for a few minutes. This puddle showed a beautiful and large reflection of what was happening at the crossroad. The yellow color of the bus creates an interesting atmosphere.

Tulips bloom only briefly a year. These tulips and their cheering spring colors were photographed in a garden with the Pentax K1 II and the Pentax DFA 24-70mm F2.8 and the Sigma 180mm F3.5 Macro.

This adder (vipera berus) basked on a small ledge of an abyss over a lake in Austria. It is a viper, consequently a venomous snake, which at a distance does not endanger any human.
